National Digital Strategy
Cancer Council Australia commissioned Campaign Edge conducted an extensive national audit, encompassing all digital channels across states and territories. The primary objective was to identify potential operational efficiencies within a centralized network of digital systems. This thorough 4-month strategy project resulted in the formulation of an updated digital strategy outlining the path for the next 5 years.
The strategy prioritized the optimisation of existing systems and the transition to a unified, centralized solution tailored to better serve each State and Territory. The project delved into various critical areas, including contact governance, gap analysis, user experience, Audience Journey planning, branch branding requirements, digital marketing strategies, CMS prerequisites, mobile considerations, migration plans, server solutions, and design.
This significant project involved a nationwide digital strategy initiative, meticulously defining customer and business needs for all 9 Cancer Councils across Australia and conceptualizing a comprehensive nationwide digital solution for the charity’s future. The extensive national audit encompassed all digital channels across states and territories and culminated in an updated digital strategy outlining the roadmap for the next 5 years.
This encompassed provisions for online marketing, CMS requirements, mobile considerations, user experience enhancements, migration planning, server solutions, and design. Notably, it also included a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis projecting digital cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.
