The SDA wanted to stop their members getting abused at work.
So we developed the No One Deserves A Serve campaign. One of the most successful union campaigns of all time, and the only union ad to ever be a finalist in the Mumbrella Ad of the Year.
We did it by using emotion, a key fact, a killer soundtrack and beautiful performances, reminding people that retail workers are human beings who deserve respect.
The videos resonated across the nation with news outlets, bloggers, and social media platforms sharing, commenting and engaging with the campaign at a record level.
